Chats MI Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 12 June 2026
PolySignal Analytics Company Limited ("we", "the Company") is committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Chats MI app. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that endangers children.
1. Our standards
- Chats MI is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
- CSAM and the sexualization of minors are strictly prohibited under our Terms and are removed when detected.
- We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other form of child exploitation.
- We comply with applicable child-safety laws and cooperate with competent authorities.
2. How users can report child-safety concerns
Chats MI provides an in-app reporting mechanism so users can flag child-safety problems:
- Open the chat, user profile, or Working Circle post in question.
- Long-press the message/post, or open the overflow (⋮) menu, and choose Report.
- Select Child safety / CSAE as the reason and submit. You may also block the user from the same menu.
Reports can also be sent directly to contact@plywa.com. We review child-safety reports promptly, remove violating content and accounts, and preserve relevant evidence.
3. Moderation & enforcement
- Server-side filtering screens content for prohibited material, and reported content is reviewed by our team.
- Users can block other users at any time.
- Confirmed violations result in content removal and account termination.
4. Reporting to authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we act to remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities and recognized bodies (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, and/or relevant local authorities), as required by law.
