PolySignal Analytics Company Limited ("we", "the Company") is committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Chats MI app. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that endangers children.

Child-safety point of contact: contact@plywa.com. We respond to child-safety reports and to inquiries from law enforcement and Google as a matter of priority.

1. Our standards

2. How users can report child-safety concerns

Chats MI provides an in-app reporting mechanism so users can flag child-safety problems:

  1. Open the chat, user profile, or Working Circle post in question.
  2. Long-press the message/post, or open the overflow (⋮) menu, and choose Report.
  3. Select Child safety / CSAE as the reason and submit. You may also block the user from the same menu.

Reports can also be sent directly to contact@plywa.com. We review child-safety reports promptly, remove violating content and accounts, and preserve relevant evidence.

3. Moderation & enforcement

4. Reporting to authorities

When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we act to remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities and recognized bodies (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, and/or relevant local authorities), as required by law.
