Delete Your Chats MI Account

This page explains how to delete your Chats MI account and the data associated with it. Chats MI is operated by PolySignal Analytics Company Limited.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Chats MI and sign in.
- Go to Mine → Account Setup (Settings) → Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and the deletion is processed shortly after.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@plywa.com from the email address or with the phone number registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my Chats MI account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, email, user ID, avatar).
- Your messages, media, files, voice/call data, and Working Circle posts stored on our servers.
- Your contacts/friend relationships and device registrations.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. Such records are kept only for as long as necessary and are then deleted. Messages you previously sent to other users remain on those users' devices and accounts.
